idP install - do you need Apache AND Tomcat...or just Tomcat?

I've used the idP quick install .msi file, and I get the basic
"Congratulations..." screen, but I'm wondering if I also need to install
Apache for Windows in order to have a sucessful idP server or is Tomcat all
I need?

Also, will the server need to have IIS in order to generate a CSR, which I
*will* need, won't I?...since I need to buy a certificate?
