I wasn't able to find a list charter; I was curious if there's any particular opinion from the list owners as far as vendors lurking and spamming participants with cold contacts from their postings?

I almost just deleted it, but I've got a bit of a contrarian nature, and if you try to tell me I'm prohibited from disclosing the contents of an unsolicited email, well, I'm afraid I get a bit of an irresistible uncontrollable urge to do so…
