LoginContext key cookie was not present in request

No. When the user logs in, he is getting the following error page for a particular SP. I could read authentication succeeded in the log but it returns with this page. Also , I don't see http-redirect in the logs. The SP is getting an input from the user whether to use SAML or local login and then doing a redirection to idp.
