Testshib Listener Exception Error

I wanted to check to see if anyone could verify if testshib was down.  When attempting to test our IdP installation I've been getting the error below since yesterday.  Earlier in the day it was working fine, however, and would redirect to our login page without any problems.  According to the shibd log that's available on the test page it looks like logging stopped 12/30/14 at 17:12:30 which also seems to indicate there may be a problem with the site.


shibsp::ListenerException at (https://sp.testshib.org/Shibboleth.sso/TestShib)

Cannot connect to shibd process, a site adminstrator should be notified.
