Why? That's talking about what happens when the sources are eventually put into whatever order they land. There is no support for traversing the whole set, it's first one wins. The only new thing is that we're making that explicit instead of leaving even that unspecified.

I think you're confusing "metadata sources" with "configuration files". A "source" is just a MetadataProvider. Feel free to reword it if you want.
