Better approach to do Authorization in shibboleth

That's fine. I will update the page to reflect that questions shouldn't go 
to that address. But they have not "given" it to Shibboleth, it'a a 
contribution to the community, and it is not part of the code base at this 
time.

If you can't deduce anything you need to know from reading the existing 
code, you have no hope of doing it yourself.
