ISAPPI 32 and 64-bit versions

Just curious why not. Isn't the communication channel between the app pool (where isapi_dll is loaded) and the shibd service a simple tcp connection? Isn't that like not certifying using 32bit FireFox with 64bit Apache? :-)

If the answer is that while it should work, it's not a tested config I get that, cool. Just wondering if there's something more.

They are both installed, you can't get the 64-bit version now without it
installing both sets of files. Officially, I don't certify mixing shibd
and DLL versions so running both at the same time was unsupported.
Supposedly it works fine and doesn't matter which shibd version is used,
but it's a bad idea to run only one of them and not run the consistent
variant of shibd.
