They are both installed, you can't get the 64-bit version now without it <br>
installing both sets of files. Officially, I don't certify mixing shibd <br>
and DLL versions so running both at the same time was unsupported. <br>
Supposedly it works fine and doesn't matter which shibd version is used, <br>
but it's a bad idea to run only one of them and not run the consistent <br>
variant of shibd.<br>
