Shibboleth (SP) in CentOS 7

Hello, I would like to run the SP in a CentOS 7 VM. Can anyone tell me the
status on supporting this platform?

Probably a stupid move, but I did try installing the CentOS 6 packages from
yum, and it failed with missing dependencies (libmemcached).

 

Can I build from source, or does it not work at all on CentOS 7 yet?
