Yes, but that's not your environment, IIS plus a Java container is. If you
choose to use IIS (and I would definitely *not*), then you have to make
IIS front-end your Java container successfully. What you can get to
outside of that isn't relevant.

Unless you have a compelling reason, I would start with Tomcat or Jetty by
itself as the web server, and eliminate moving pieces.
