Attribute question testing against sp.testshib.org

Kyle,
Testshib loads a directory with all the metadata files uploaded during the prior rolling 60 days and uploads will trigger shibd to reload the entire folder. There are currently 514 metadata files in that folder, and I don't think there's another deployment in the world that tries to do that, so there's room for conpiracy-theorizing that the two are connected. Scott can comment as to whether there's any basis for believing it may, for some reason, cause the attribute extractor to die.
Given the usage of TestShib at this point we may have no choice but to expire metadata more quickly or abandon the folder-based loading for another approach.
Nate.

Nate,
Just wanted to mention the continued behavior and that it stopped working again. I don’t need this working to continue testing so no worries about restarting again.
This is what I did between my last email and this one if it helps with troubleshooting:
Uploaded a new copy of my metadata
Performed a single test and attributes no longer show up
See this in the logs again: 2014-04-13 15:41:12 WARN Shibboleth.SSO.SAML2 [3]: no AttributeExtractor plugin installed, check log during startup
Thanks,
Kyle

Nate,
After the kick the warning seems to be gone from shibd.log and the attributes get mapped.
Thanks,
Kyle

Kyle,
Quite probably. I've given shibd a kick and I'll let Kevin figure out why this keeps happening. Please give it another try.
Thanks for the notification,
Nate.

Could this be the cause and the issue not be on my side?
