Exception when starting IDP for the first time

I don't know what that is, but the IdP is installed with "install.sh" to
produce a warfile and an install directory, followed by a number of
container specific steps.

The Glassfish page is contributed, and I am not aware of anybody involved
with the project having any experience with it.
