How to change the Self signed IdP certificate with third party certificate

Hello everyone,

I want to change the self signed IdP certificate with the third party
certificate. Can anyone pls direct me to the right direction regarding how
to do this. 

The problem is I have already given access to 2000 users to use the O365
email. When they access externally they get IdP certificate error. I need to
update the self signed certificate with the third party one now without
affecting any process.

Please can anyone help me with this?
