Admin/policy question - Shibboleth users with multiple affiliations

Shibboleth doesn't. InCommon could, I guess, but as far as I know, currently does not.

You'd have to get InCommon to standardize on something, then the participating organizations would have to implement it. Possible? Sure. Likely? Probably not.
