Problems with IdP proxy

Jim, 

Are you saying that using apache mod_proxy when the request forwarded from apache to real IdP destination, IdP will get proxy URL. So the error I am seeing should not happen in case of mod_prpxy?

If that is the case I will focus on fixing it in our custom proxy.
