You're correct, it was actually related to the issue in my other
thread with the permissions on the service provider's key. We still
haven't figured out the curl issue though. If the version being used
from the service is the one that comes with Shibboleth then the
problem must be elsewhere... firewall maybe? You indicated it
shouldn't be related to Apache, so I'm at a loss as to why we can't
get it to work.
