Each FileSender instance can configure required attributes (and will
be different as such), also Internet2 FileSender uses a thin
integration layer with the Shibboleth SP, while upstream the
FileSender software comes with SimpleSAMLphp as SAML
implementation. So everything at the SP will be different.

As for OR rules and why something does not work I did not understand
the above at all. Could you be more verbose, e.g. by including a
configuration example?
