Between the duo doc and Russ's wirte up .. the config points are
outlined for what you need to do.

If you have the jar(s) depoloyed properly via the IdP install method then
you should follow Russ's docs. Pay attention to the authMethod parts..
this is how you tell the RP to use duo vs your UsernamePassword handlerl
alone.
