FatalProfileException when using Firefox and Chrome

Dear all,

Further note to my attempt to solve the problem. I notice that for sessions that file, the request keeps inserting records into the Shibboleth and after getting the reply from IdP, it redirects to the non-SSL page of the program. i.e. it redirects to http://lbnx02.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/secure instead of https://lbnx02.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/secure

I check the shib.conf and that that this directory should be protected:

<Location /secure>
  AuthType shibboleth
  ShibRequestSetting requireSession 1
  require valid-user
</Location>

Any help?
