Shibboleth library shutting down several times per day

That's perfectly normal. Native.log has nothing to do with maintaining
sessions, the data is in shibd.

If the sessions are invalid, it's for a reason. They won't disappear for
no reason. Unless shibd itself is restarted anyway.
