Redirecting to an invalid URL

Hi all.

After some searching I didn't find any solution to my problem.

I'm using the SP:

I see in the log:

And then, of course, I receive the error saying that an url is not correct.

The IdP is sending an still invalid name-id:

<saml2:NameID
Format="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:X509SubjectName">xxxxx</saml2:NameID>

and I don't have the format:X509SubjectName as an accepted format
(intentionally). Maybe I have to accept X509 to solve the problem or is this
not related to the previous problem?

The actual configuration works fine for many other customers with different
IdP's. 

The assertion looks ok and it is well formed.
