IdP 2.4 installation error

Dear  all,

Through the quick installer, I have been trying to install the IdP 2.4 without success.Every time I am prompted an error. The message appearing on the windows is :" Error 1721. There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this instal to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I also tried to installe by MS DOS command lines  by running the install.bat file, again without success.
