Examples in the shib wiki
(https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/x/84BC) use both "surname" and
"surName" but I haven't changed anything yet and won't unless someone
knows for sure what notation ships with the IdP. (This is probably not
a huge deal in any case.)
