Yes, I meant the Windows Setup. Now it's clear it doesn't matter since I have to manually update the Shibboleth files.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I hoped that using the example I provided (contoso for AD and fabrikam for UPN), someone could tell me which change (scoped attribute, if I caught properly) I have to do to make it work. However you gave me good directions, I'll start from there.
