Using single identity provider for multiple Office 365 tenants

Hello All,

As far I tried I could not use single identity provider for multiple office
365 tenants. As far I know Shibboleth identity provider is used for
authentication and I dont know why we could not use Single Identity provider
for multiple tenants.

But whereas Google Apps it is possible to have Single identity provider for
multiple tenants. 

Guys can anyone come with an idea to implement the same for Office 365.
