It will increase the load/utilisation on your CoSign CGI (and possibly
the IdP itself) a bit but I doubt you'd even notice, also it wouldn't
change anything wrt the problem application at hand.
Other than that it would improve the logout scenario very slightly
for SAML SPs where the subject does't have an active session.
