Hosting Shibboleth SP in Azure Cloud Service web role

I've gotten the Shibboleth SP installed and running on an Azure Cloud Service web role. I've documented the process on my blog at http://blogs.uw.edu/kool.

The actual web site is at https://uwshibsp.cloudapp.net. It is using the University of Washington's IdP. You should see the UW's login page after trying to access this site.

I've considered implementing a WAYF using the InCommon discovery service, but haven't done that yet. Consequently, non-UW folks won't be able to log in.
