I can answer this from a CollegeNET perspective, although I'm sure you'd
like to also hear from other customers.

That document is primarily aimed at customers running their own instance
of web services (WS) who may need to configure Shibboleth to interact
with its authentication system.  If you are only trying to integrate
Shibboleth with our "SaaS" 25Live system, things are less complicated
and a shibboleth integration with us should be fairly straightforward.
Your CollegeNET account manager should be able to provide more details.

There are currently 30 institutions with Shibboleth integrations with us
for 25Live, if that helps.  Given that we already have a Shibboleth
integration with Brown for our Admit application, I would expect it
should be pretty easy to set up one for 25Live.
