What mistake I was doing was 

In MetadataProvider in shibboleth2.xml I was passing the Url of SP Metadata
then Idp.

So checking through Wiki and specific error issues.

For SAML metadata you gave the SP (describing the IDP) I modifying the xml
that was present during theinstallation.

Are you following a specific set of instructions? Which ones?

Looks like the SAML metadata you gave the SP (describing the IDP) is
not usable. How did you create that?

(Also note that the IdP's entityID is a bit weird and usually
shouldn't contain a port number, but it's a valid URI, so technical is
legal.)
