Testshib IdP

Hello,

Is it possible to carry out a complete experimentation by using the testshib IdP?
In fact, I have already deployed an SP and would like to connect it to an existing IdP and afterwards "shibbolize" an application.

If not, apart from testshib, may anyone recommend me any free IdP(s)  that can provide a full prototype experimentation?
