A problem with the first boot of Shibboleth IdP 2.4.0

Thanks for all your answer, but you do not find it strange that, if I 
manually restart Tomcat, my "IdP" works correctly and I see the "Ok" 
message on the Status Page without any changes to the 
/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/* files?

I've noticed that my metadata.xml file hasn't been downloaded after the 
first boot, but after a manual Tomcat restart, my metadata.xml has been 
downloaded and my IdP has started work properly.

Can be a problem with the endorse JARs and Tomcat? What should I check 
to be sure that the endorse libraries was loaded properly?
