Deinstall Shibboleth

I assume you are referring to the SP.

Which version of the installer?  There were some unreproducible errors
reported in some earlier versions of the installer.  We put in some
defensive code to stop this happening in recent versions.

If you mean does the installer handle both, the answer is yes.  The
installer detects IIS and (on demand) adds the extra components required.
