Deinstall Shibboleth

Good Morning at All,

i installed Shibboleth on a Windows Server 2012.
Now i want to Deinstall the Shibboleth Software, but everytime i want  
to do this. The Deinstall Process Freeze in. After i break up the  
Process Shibboleth is half deinstalled and i can´t reinstall Shibboleth.

Another Question is the Install Windows Apache Installation File the  
same like the Windows IIS Installation File?
