Rebuilding the shibboleth srpm

Hi Cantor,

httpd-devel it was installed already. Also the httpd-devel is required for
apxs tool and when is compiled it gets rebuild without apache libraries.
Also when I try list the mod is complainint about a "libdms2.so

/u01/app/fusion/webtier/ohs/bin/httpd -l
/u01/app/fusion/webtier/ohs/bin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries:
libdms2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any other ideas.
