Rebuilding the shibboleth srpm

Pirulo,

I have to ask the obvious question first.  Is there an Apache 2.2 apxs script living at the path /$ORACLE_HOME/ohs/bin/apxs?  If not, then you may need to yum install httpd-devel, or you may need to find where apxs actually lives.
