SP: Notify, Sessions, and ApplicationOverride

Hi Scott, hi team,

just wondering if the following is a feature or a bug: SP with an
ApplicationOverride B, two HandlerURLs A + B, a Front Channel Notify in
B, no Notify in default/A.

Now log in for application that calls A's, the default, HandlerURL, but
not for B's. What I saw that when the two HandlerURLs got called for
Front Channel Logout, the Notification URL of B was called. I did not
expect that because there should not have been a session for B, only for A.

It's SP 2.5.2, and I'm concerned about performance, would like to call
the possibly expensive Notify only if there was a session.

Cheers,
Martin
