Can I use Shibboleth SP on tomcat?

OIOSAML works, but in our experience it is much more difficult to get 
working than using Apache with the Shib SP in front of Tomcat, and in 
fact the main project here that used it is in the process of switching 
away from OIOSAML to Apache+Shib.

We've not tried the Spring SAML approach yet.
