Issue with URL re-direct after IDP authentication - signing Assertion

Hi Scott,
The IDP is telling me everything is good on their side.

Before this when we didn't have the signing and encryption part the
authentication happened well and navigated to my landing page.
now we are facing this issue.
do you think i can check any thing to try to fix this at my end.
may be its not relates to assertion.
after authentication happens its not redirecting me to my landing page
during the first attempt.
