Shib SP config breaking ServerSideIncludes on vhosts not using Shib authentication

My testing has indicated 2.5.2 fixes this. Others are still reporting issues and I have a bug open on it. There won't be any quick fix if 2.5.2 doesn't work for you apart from perhaps the suggestion already made, the disable flag.
