Shibboleth 2.3 with SSO web client - mininum steps

We moved forward, basically we created the meta data on SP behalf, all good,
response goes to client but not the way they want,

Now the question is,

Client want below entry in the response with surname as the value

<saml2:Subject>
      <saml2:NameID Format........

In the respose, the value should be surname of logged in user(which we
know), can you please advice us, how and from where, we can inject this
Subjet param to SAML response.
