Setup Failure

Hi,

 

Is anybody able to tell me what I have done wrong.  I'm using this page:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPInstall.  I have
copied the war file to my tomcat_home/webapps directory, the idp.xml
config is setup as written on 
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPApacheTomcatPrep
are.  I have also attached the xml in this file.

 

The path used for docbase does house the war file.
