Attribute Checker Handler and its template

Hello,

In the default template distributed with version 2.5.x of the SP for the
Attribute Checker Handler, attrChecker.html, the element

<shibmlp Meta-displayName/>

is found.

How precisely is the value for the "tag" Meta-displayName computed by the
code processing the template?
