You now know what the reason for the error is. It should be no
surprise that the software alone (or upgrading the code) will not
change your signing keys. As such noone here can identidy or fix that
problem for you.
If your processes are not such that you can clearly identify what
happend to what file and when and why, it's probaly best to just
concenctrate on fixing that one error by establishing the correct
signing key with that relying party (as it's broken for them anyway).
