Post install upgrade for 2.5.1

No, the 2.5 install layout is too different and is the first version
designed for servicing with MSI upgrades, so there is no such capability.

There are no customizations of the SP itself that are lost on an uninstall
of any version. That is a non-issue. There is the IIS aspect
unfortunately, but once 2.5 is installed that part will never be touched
by future upgrades at least.

IIS 6 customizations are pretty minimal with the SP, so that isn't
something that should cause a major hassle to redo. Permission issues at
least shouldn't be a problem.
