Post install upgrade for 2.5.1

I'm attempting to upgrade my SP, running on IIS6 from 2.4.3 to 2.5.1. Due to the level of customization we've always used the post install zip but that's not available for this version. Is there a way I can make my own or retrieve one from somewhere?
