[Jing Xiao]

Hi,

I am current evaluate shibboleth, especially service provider.

I followed the instruction of sp, add register from one of the test 
machine at amazon cloud, updated the shibboleth2.xml

However, when I tried to load:

https://ec2-50-16-113-85.compute-1.amazonaws.com/secure

It give Service Temporarily Unavailable at https://idp.testshib.org site.

Is the test server down?

Also, I find out many documents in the wiki are more than one years old. 
Are they still valid?
