Configuring Application Override in IIS

Hi,

Can we configure two protected resources in SP in IIS.
I tried with apache 2.2 and it works but when I try in IIS by writing
application overrides I am not able to.
I am trying to configure path as protected resource.

So my aim is to protect APPA/TRD1 and APPA/TRD2 in same SP in IIS.

Please help on how to set it up.
