Solaris 11 Sparc / Studio 12 Compile issue

Hi Guys

        I'm struggling to get xmltooling-1.5.1 for Shib SP2.5 to build on Solaris 11 Sparc.

I have read the Fine manual and accept the terms and am prety good at getting things to Compile with Solaris.
I have compiled ShibSP 2.4 on Solaris 10 several times....

I'm building with Studio 12.3 compilers. No other compilers are installed.

Boost is installed and apparently dong useful things.
I'm using the Native Solaris Openssl: $ openssl version OpenSSL 1.0.0j 10 May 2012

I'm using the Native Solaris Curl: $ curl --version curl 7.21.2 (sparc-sun-solaris2.11) libcurl/7.21.2 OpenSSL/1.0.0j zlib/1.2.3
Protocols: dict file ftp ftps gopher http https imap imaps ldap ldaps pop3 pop3s rtsp smtp smtps telnet tftp
Features: GSS-Negotiate IPv6 Largefile NTLM SSL libz

Log4Shib builds and installs just fine, as does Xerces and XML Security.

The XMLTooling configures fine then make fails with the error in the attached text file.
Config is:
./configure --prefix=/wwwdata/bin/shib --with-log4shib=/wwwdata/bin/shib --with-boost=/wwwdata/bin/shib/boost_1_52_0 -C --with-xerces=/wwwdata/bin/shib --with-xmlsec=/wwwdata/bin/shib All the libraries link up so it's not (that I can see) a simple linkage error.
CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS are appropriately set.

Any clues or comments welcome
