Yes, almost every day. Like you, the experience is frustrating. It's a
matter of educating them, one vendor at a time. A lot of work, I know,
but what else can you do?

We do sometimes turn away prospective InCommon participants when they
don't/can't meet our requirements, but we'd prefer not to do that.
Some are able to make the transition and some don't. You can do your
part by applying what leverage you have for as long as you can. Every
little bit helps.
