So, after they log you out of their app, you can provide them a URL to redirect users to. Google Apps for Education has the same thing. Presumably up to you if that URL actually logs the user out of your IdP (or the SSO behind it). Or a page that gives the user the choice of logging out of the SSO system, and/or suggests what they need to do if they really want to be fully logged out (if any of us actually know what that is anymore).
